Michele Herman Added to List of WIPO Mediators. I am honored by WIPO’s recent invitation to join its Arbitration and Mediation Center’s List of Mediators. WIPO has a growing caseload of disputes it is helping parties resolve through its Arbitration and Mediation Center, and more importantly, a 70% success rate in settling disputes through mediation.
